CairnStone structures each project as a special purpose vehicle (SPV), enabling co-investors to participate in a clearly defined, time-limited opportunity with full transparency regarding governance and reporting.

We work with a select group of private investors, family offices, and institutional partners who share our long-term vision and our high standards for execution.

1. Land acquisition

CairnStone identifies and secures land parcels with high development potential, validated by rigorous feasibility and market analysis.

2. Structuring as an SPV

Each project is structured as a separate special purpose vehicle (SPV). Co-investors are onboarded with a full set of documentation, including term sheets, shareholder agreements, and secure access to the data room under an NDA.

3. Development & Implementation

CairnStone manages the entire process: architecture, permitting, construction supervision, marketing...

4. Release & Distribution

Target investment horizon of approximately 3 years. Returns are distributed upon the sale or disposal of the asset, in accordance with the agreed structure.
