On the iconic site of the former Citroën factory,
at 60 Boulevard Yaacoub El Mansour in Maarif, Atelier Soixante is opening a new chapter in the city’s history.
A mixed-use project combining high-end residential units, offices, and retail spaces, it was designed by three distinguished architects—Khalid Abisourour, Kamal El Menjra, and Maha Benyachou—around a proud heritage and a contemporary aesthetic inspired by Casablanca Art Deco.
The project offers bright 1- to 3-bedroom apartments, flexible office spaces in the immediate vicinity of Casablanca Finance City, retail spaces at the base of the building, and a private landscaped podium. Co-developed with Bluestone, Atelier Soixante embodies CairnStone’s founding vision: to make every location a place that matters.
ZAMANE - Marrakech

ZAMANE is CairnStone’s most ambitious project to date. It is located on an 11-hectare site on the road to Amizmiz, just outside Marrakech.
The project envisions a luxury mixed-use development featuring a boutique hotel with 60 to 80 rooms.
A collection of ultra-luxury villas, designed to welcome local and international guests year-round, as well as a “food & beverages” component that meets the standards of the world’s top tourist destinations.

Marée Bleue is an exclusive 100-unit residential complex located in the Anfa neighborhood of Casablanca, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Designed by architects Kacem Benhayoune and Maha Benyachou around organic shapes and sinuous facades inspired by the movement of water, the project offers apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, all featuring terraces overlooking the sea with unobstructed views.
